Nando's, Wimbledon
French were appointed on a negotiated basis for regular client Nando's as the main contractor for this demanding project which required demolishing an existing A3 use building and demanding party wall obligations to a tight project programme.

French undertook the demolition and total new-build of the site, through to completion of fit-out. This enabled advantageous project planning, as time lost in difficult foundations and groundworks was minimised by a planned fast track fit out.
