Viva, Dorking
Following extensive negotiations with local Planners and Conservation Officers, the two former dwellings have been converted into a restaurant. The addition of a substantial extension designed by Creed to house the kitchens and main dining areas, has allowed the existing buildings to retain their domestic scale. As part of the project, the upper floors were converted into 2 flats which bring much needed high-quality accommodation into the town centre.

The whole project was completed from original client brief, to finished result in less than four months, inclusive of full and rigorous planning application due to the buildings listed status. The fast track programme is a key benefit of the Design and Build agreement between Creed Design and Contractors French Joinery.
